YRG Group, one of UK and Europe’s leading packaging design and reprographics companies, has today announced the acquisition of Spera, the Irish and UK based specialist in print & packaging origination and brand management.
Formerly Reprographic Systems, Spera has been in business since 1969, and operates from locations in: Ireland, UK, and Asia.
Offering a wide range of packaging related services, Spera works closely with brands, printers (corrugated, flexibles and labels), and design agencies.
The acquisition of Spera is in-line with YRG’s strategic long-term growth plans and will be of particular benefit to YRG’s push into the corrugated industry.
